A contractor performing interior demolition work inside Fox Tower accidentally broke a curtain wall glass unit. The building called Clear Works to come out and handle the replacement on this prominent downtown Portland high-rise.
Our glaziers coordinated with building management to schedule the work around tenant occupancy, completing the replacement efficiently and with minimal disruption. The new glass meets current Oregon energy code requirements and ANSI safety standards for high-rise applications.
This project is a good example of the commercial glass work Clear Works handles beyond standard storefronts — including curtain wall systems on occupied high-rise buildings that require careful coordination and the right equipment.
From storefronts to high-rise curtain walls, Clear Works handles commercial glass projects of all sizes across the Portland metro area.
