1. Services

Clear Works provides glass repair, replacement, and installation services in Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas. All services are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured technicians. Oregon CCB# 261682. Washington License CLEARWL740DP.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided for all projects. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional damage is discovered during the repair process. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Emergency service requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be cancellable once a technician has been dispatched.

4. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you experience any issues with our installation or repair workmanship, contact us within 30 days and we will address the issue at no additional charge. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or acts of nature after installation.

5. Glass and Materials

All glass and materials used meet applicable building codes and safety standards. Tempered safety glass is used where required by Oregon and Washington building codes. Manufacturer warranties on glass products are passed through to the customer where applicable.

6. Insurance Claims

We work with most commercial and residential insurance companies. We provide documentation required for insurance claims. The customer is responsible for understanding their policy coverage and deductible obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clear Works is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues unrelated to the glass work performed, or damage caused by events outside our control after installation is complete.
